MEET RACHEL
Meet Rachel and learn a little bit about her life.
She's always been an artistic person. Rachel fully immersed herself in art when I was young. Taking as many art classes as possibly during school. Outside of school She would draw or paint then bring it to her grandfather (who was an accomplished artist) for his critique.
She wanted a career that would fill her passion for art and creativity. Motivated by this She quickly realized the endless opportunities becoming a hair stylist would bring. While fulfilling a creative void. Rachel fell in love with the industry and discovered her talents for creating custom colors and haircuts.
As a person who cares deeply for the planet and the overall well-being of us all. She spends hours researching the sustainability of the brands she uses and carries. Rachel prefers to use clean, organic, and nature based products for her guests. She truly enjoys providing a space for clients where they can recharge themselves with selfcare.
Rachels greatest joys are her two daughters, and their pup Dude. Often they enjoy spending time with extended family cooking and practicing anything hygge. She loves to spend time exploring all that New England towns have to offer. Including discovering plant shops where she can never seam to walk out of empty handed. In her opinion house plants and flowers bring so much joy to any space, and a sense of peace and calmness. Even if the rest of the house is buzzing with energy. The plants are what grounds her.

Rachel is passionate about creating customized color and cuts that are perfectly suited for each clients unique esthetics. She has been a Ouidad (curly cutting) certified stylist for over 10 years and was a part of their education team for 2 years.
